A new technology will help homebuyers in Calgary determine the potential selling price of their target homes.
Real estate technology firm Properly has launched ProperPrice, a free-to-use tool that provides an estimate of a property's selling price. The tool is part of Properly’s previously launched home-search platform.
Properly claims that the tool can predict the selling price with 99% accuracy. In estimating the selling price of the property, the tool uses machine learning to analyse several factors such as historical sold data, property details, and location.
Properly CEO Anshul Ruparell said ProperPrice allows buyers to get an idea of how much they can negotiate for a property and gives them the confidence to negotiate.
"We believe the real estate process should be empowering and predictable, not stressful," he said.
